Job Summary

Oncowin Cancer Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist doctors in treatment procedures, and ensure patient safety. The candidate should have sound clinical knowledge, a responsible attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients according to established hospital protocols.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patients’ health conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors during clinical procedures and medical emergencies.
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and medication charts.
Follow infection control practices and maintain hygiene standards.
Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment and care.




Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient management.
Maintain proper shift handover and continuity of patient care.
Comply with hospital policies, quality standards, and patient safety guidelines.

Educational Qualification
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute.
Valid registration with the respective State Nursing Council.

Required Skills
Strong clinical and patient-care skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle emergencies.
Qualified, compassionate, and team-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate
Minimum 2 years of relevant hospital experience.
Oncology or cancer-care experience will be an added advantage.
Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.

Work Location: Oncowin Cancer Center, Nikol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
