Job Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, social media, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess communication skills, experience, and salary expectations.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection status, and joining dates.
Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
Achieve daily sourcing, interview, selection, and joining targets.
Build a robust candidate pipeline for IT and Non-IT job openings.

Candidate Requirements
Any graduate or undergraduate with relevant recruitment experience may apply.




Freshers with valuable communication and convincing skills may also apply.
Valuable communication skills in English and Kannada; Hindi is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and job portals.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong follow-up skills.

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday weekly off
