Required Inventory Executive for E Commerce Company

Experience - 2 to 3 years required in e Commerce as a Inventory Executive

Job Description -

Create Inventory Statement for Submit Bank on Monthly Basis

Inventory data take from all channels (Retail store/Online store/Warehouse/EBO/FBA and other)

Inventory master data maintain with cost price and aging

Take Physical stock data from EBO every month and do Reco from Logic system data

Sample stock dispatch on DC coordinate with Concern person and call back return

Track Sample Dispatch stock movement

Any Stock Received, from sample Return, Sample from Supplier and other source, send back to

warehouse as action required

Stock Audit as per requirements (Warehouse+Store+EBO+any other)

All System Stock Movement Track, Special Sku Exchange, Stock Issues, Stock Receipt

Dispatch Reco Between Logic and Store/Channel/EBO site) and track in transit Goods, Track Till

stock Not delivered,



if any Shipment Not delivered coordinate with Logistic team and Customer

Returns Reco between Logic and Store/Channel/EBO site) and track in transit Goods, Track Till

stock Not delivered, if any Shipment Not delivered coordinate with Logistic team and Customer

Stock Reco between Tally V/s Software V/s B2B V/s CSA

Reco of other Go-Down stock to be done every month and confirmation to be taken from the

concerned person.

All Transaction verify between Logic and Tally (Sale+Purchase+Return+Transfer+Purchase

Return+other)

HO Stock Maintain

Collect Customer Service pcs, Make Record and Send to warehouse for service Center, also

coordinate and take return after repair, call to customer and handover pcs to customer with sign

Prepare work report and pending work repot and share to HOD

Daily

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
