Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our import and e-commerce operations team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate shipment records, updating product and inventory data, and handling Excel-based reporting and documentation work.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update import shipment data in Excel and company software.

Maintain records of invoices, packing lists, BOE, and shipping documents.

Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports using MS Excel.

Update product, inventory, and vendor information in the system.

Coordinate with the import and warehouse team for data accuracy.





Track shipment status and update records regularly.

Verify data and correct errors to ensure accuracy.

Organize and maintain digital files and documentation.

Support e-commerce backend operations when required.

Required Skills

Positive knowledge of MS Excel and data entry work.

Basic understanding of import documentation is preferred.

Fast and accurate typing skills.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.

Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations is an advantage

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
