Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, suppliers, and the project team.
Monitor progress, take site measurements, and maintain daily work reports.
Plan material requirements and track material usage to reduce wastage.
Follow site safety procedures and report issues promptly.
Update management on work progress, delays, and site requirements.

Requirements
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
Site supervision experience preferred.
Ability to read drawings and manage site execution.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for project and site requirements.
A valid driving licence is required to use the company-provided bike.
