Key Responsibilities
Academic leadership and school improvement
Mentoring Principals and developing teachers
School monitoring, evaluation, and quality assurance
Digital data management and strategic educational planning

Educational Qualifications
Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed.) or a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with B.Ed.
Ph.D. in Education will be an added advantage.

Experience
10–15 years of experience in education, including substantial experience in school leadership or academic administration.
