Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction projects.
Manage sourcing and purchasing of construction materials, equipment, tools, and consumables.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Coordinate with project, engineering, planning, stores, and finance teams to ensure timely material availability.
Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, inventory levels, and material requirements at project sites.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approved budgets, quality standards, and project timelines.
Prepare cost comparisons, analyse market trends, and identify cost-saving prospects.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and an approved supplier database.
Handle vendor performance evaluation, payment coordination, and resolution of supply-related issues.




Ensure proper documentation, purchase records, and compliance with applicable procurement procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
10–15 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
Robust knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, negotiation, and cost control.
Experience in ERP systems, MS Excel, purchase order management, and inventory coordination.
Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
