Department: Customer Relationship Management

Job Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, stockists and other business partners, as applicable.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, feedback and product-related queries.
Maintain customer databases, contact details, sales records and interaction histories in CRM software.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, distribution and customer support teams to resolve customer issues.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, product availability, deliveries and pending requirements.
Monitor customer satisfaction and support customer retention initiatives.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports related to customer interactions, complaints, sales coordination and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely updating of customer information.
Support promotional campaigns, product information communication and customer engagement activities in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate complaint escalation and product-quality-related issues with the appropriate quality assurance or pharmacovigilance team,



where applicable.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, applicable pharmaceutical regulations and data confidentiality requirements.
Assist in improving customer service processes and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Qualification

Graduate in any relevant discipline, such as BBA, B.Com, B.Sc. or a pharmacy-related field, depending on the employer's requirements.

Response and complaint-resolution time.
Accuracy of CRM data and reports.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
