Field-based: Work is conducted on-site at customer locations.
Role Criticality & Business Impact This position directly supports the Data Center vertical.
Key Skill Requirements
Robust knowledge of HVAC systems, especially chillers, is mandatory.
Candidate must understand:
Data Center customer ecosystem
Key DC accounts and stakeholders




Evolving chiller technologies and innovations
Needs to be technically inclined (technocrat) with the ability to present solutions clearly.
Sales & Customer Handling Expectations Must possess excellent negotiation skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities.Should be comfortable handling large-scale, high-stake customer conversations.Ability to respond quickly to customer requirements—they expect rapid turnaround and solution clarity.Should be agile, adaptive, and a fast learner due to the rapidly evolving DC environment.
Experience Band
Preferred experience: 12+ years in HVAC/chiller sales candidate brings strong DC or chiller exposure.
