Key Responsibilities :
Manage and coordinate IT projects from requirement gathering to successful delivery.
Communicate with domestic and international clients to understand their business and technical requirements.
Support IT sales activities, including lead qualification, client meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and deal closures.
Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, task trackers, and progress reports.
Handle client queries, project updates, escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain CRM records, project trackers, and MIS reports.
Ensure smooth communication between clients, sales teams, and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :




Must have minimum 08 to 09 months of relevant experience in IT Sales or Project Coordination, or IT Project Management.
Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Solid client-handling, presentation, and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management processes.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
Experience in requirement gathering, client follow-ups, project tracking, and reporting.
