Field Sales Manager – B2B / Industrial Sales

Job Location: Oragadam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Attractive Sales Incentives

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Field Sales Manager with strong technical knowledge and proven B2B sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for developing recent business opportunities, building relationships with industrial customers, promoting company products, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have a technical educational background, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to develop new markets and grow industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities.
Visit industries, factories, dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
Promote company products and explain their technical features and benefits.
Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries and purchase orders.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.




Conduct regular field visits and submit sales reports to management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfilment.

Qualifications

Candidates should have any of the following qualifications:
B.E. / B.Tech
DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering)
MBA with good technical knowledge

Required Skills and Experience
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or industrial sales.
Strong technical knowledge is mandatory.
Good English communication skills are mandatory.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to generate leads, develop new markets, and close sales.
Willingness to travel for field sales and customer visits.
