Job Title: Operations Executive – NBFC (Gold Loan)

Responsibilities:
Handle gold loan processing and documentation.
Maintain accurate records and update loan details in the system.
Manage loan disbursement, renewals, repayments, and closures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with branch staff and support daily operations.

Requirements:
Graduation in any discipline.
Experience in gold loan, banking, or NBFC operations preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Must be smart, energetic, detail-oriented, and accurate.
