Salary & Incentives
Freshers: ₹15,000 in-hand + weekly and monthly incentives
Experienced Candidates: ₹15,000–₹20,000 in-hand, depending on experience and skills, + incentives

Language Requirements
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Working Schedule
6 days working
1 rotational week off
Rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies and quality standards.

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experienced candidates should have an offer letter or appointment letter.
