Job Description: Technical Procurement Executive / Engineer
Experience: 4–5 years in technical procurement, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
Source and procure machinery, manufacturing equipment, spare parts, and technical components.
Understand technical specifications, engineering drawings, and equipment requirements.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams for purchase requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranty conditions, and delivery schedules.
Prepare RFQs, compare technical and commercial quotations, and finalize vendors.
Generate Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Conduct market research,



price benchmarking, and cost-saving initiatives.
Coordinate with Accounts and Finance for vendor payments and invoice processing.
Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, warranties, and AMC documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procurement policies.
Required Skills: Vendor management, negotiation, cost analysis, technical evaluation, and MS Excel.
Preferred Experience: Machinery, engineering, packaging, bottling, or industrial equipment manufacturing, with knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Zoho.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
