Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Prepare and send quotations, price lists, and product information.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate sales.
Maintain customer databases, inquiry records, and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order processing and timely delivery.
Provide customers with GST details, product datasheets, and other required documents.
Communicate order status, pricing, and product availability to customers.
Maintain positive customer relationships and support overall sales activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, MS Word, and email.




Ability to manage customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
