Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments.
Follow up with customers for pending EMIs and outstanding dues.
Explain repayment details and payment options to customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, payment commitments, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Coordinate with the recovery team and report collection updates.
Follow company policies and applicable RBI guidelines for recovery practices.

Eligibility Criteria




Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and/or the local language.
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
Ability to handle customer calls and meet targets.
DRA (Direct Recovery Agent) certification preferred or required as per the employer's requirements.
