Antidote Cafe is a creative, moody, community-first cafe in Recent BEL Road, North Bangalore. We’re known for slow mornings, calm and inspiring creative atmosphere, and a space where regulars become friends. Our coffee bar is small, busy, and built around cold brews, cold foams, experimental coffee mocktails, other refreshers, and speciality coffee.

Role summary

Own the beverage section from first espresso to last order. You'll lead the counter, protect drink quality, and shape a menu that fits our moody, community-first cafe. Responsible for the beverage section operations and the junior baristas.

Responsibilities
Run daily beverage operations: opening and closing setup, machine calibration, and service flow
Keep every drink consistent in taste, temperature, texture, and presentation
Develop seasonal and signature drinks with costed recipes
Train and schedule Junior Baristas, and give regular feedback
Manage ordering, inventory, milk and coffee wastage, and supplier coordination
Maintain and clean the espresso machine, grinders, and equipment, and log maintenance
Follow FSSAI hygiene, allergen,



and storage standards
Work with the cafe manager on events, tastings, and collaborations
Greet regulars by name and keep the counter warm and welcoming

Requirements
2 - 4 years of barista experience in a cafe or specialty coffee setup, including 1 year leading or training others
Solid espresso skills: dialling in grinders, extraction, milk steaming, and latte art
Knowledge of manual brews (pour over, V60, aeropress, cold brew, cold foam) and non-coffee drinks (teas, matcha, chocolate, coffee mocktails)
Valuable palate and attention to detail
Calm under pressure, with a friendly manner
Comfortable with weekends, events, and late evenings
Comfortable training and guiding others

Nice to have: SCA or barista training, latte art portfolio, experience writing a drinks menu

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
