Urgent hiring: immediate joiners preferred (notice period up to 15 days). Freshers welcome

Experience: Fresher to 2 years (internships and project work count)

Location: Kolkata (Onsite, Full time)

Reports to: Founder & CEO

Key Responsibilities:
Plan monthly social media content calendars for clients and our own pages
Create reels and short videos for brand promotion
Manage client accounts: posting, replies and community engagement
Grow followers, reach and enquiries through organic strategies
Present content plans and monthly performance to clients
Share weekly and monthly reports on reach, engagement and follower growth




Follow trends and platform updates on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube

Skills Required:
Social media content calendar planning
Fluent spoken English and confident presentation skills
Organic growth on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
Positive written English for captions and scripts
Basic Canva or similar design tool
Plus point: video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
Interest in luxury real estate marketing
