Oversee statutory compliance across all projects, ensuring adherence to applicable labour laws and regulations.
Monitor PF, ESI, and other statutory contributions, including timely filings and payments.
Follow up with Accounts and concerned teams to ensure statutory dues are paid within deadlines.
Coordinate with client-side HR teams regarding project compliance requirements and issues.
Maintain, verify, and submit project-wise compliance documents within stipulated timelines.
Track compliance deadlines, renewals, pending documents, and corrective actions across projects.
Coordinate employee and project-related insurance policy procurement, renewals, and documentation.
Manage insurance claims, coordinate with insurers and TPAs, and follow up until settlement.




Maintain compliance registers, payment records, insurance details, and claim status reports.
Prepare periodic compliance reports for management and ensure timely closure of outstanding compliance issues.
