Job Brief:

We are seeking an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, service excellence, and staff management in Nashik.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily floor operations, dining service, and staff scheduling.
Ensure exceptional customer service, handle guest feedback, and resolve complaints efficiently.
Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, and minimize food wastage.
Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards across all shift operations.

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or Food & Beverage Service.
2–4 years of operational experience in a restaurant or hotel dining facility.
Solid leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
