Job Responsibilities:
Manage overall branch operations and sales activities.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Supervise sales executives and telecalling teams.
Generate current business opportunities and customer leads.
Monitor daily performance and prepare sales reports.
Coordinate with installation, service, and documentation teams.

Requirements:

-Experience in sales and team management.

-Leadership and communication skills.

-Ability to achieve business targets.

-Experience in the solar industry will be an advantage.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
