Cokonet Overseas helps students explore international education opportunities by providing guidance and support throughout their study-abroad journey.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Telecaller to connect with prospective students, manage leads, and coordinate with our overseas education counseling team.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Interest in customer interaction, lead management, and sales.

Roles and Responsibilities
Contact leads generated through Meta Ads, the company website, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
Introduce Cokonet Overseas services and explain study-abroad opportunities to prospective students.
Understand student enquiries and qualify leads based on their eligibility and interests.
Schedule counseling appointments with Overseas Education Counselors.
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students to maintain engagement.
Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and follow-up status in the CRM.




Coordinate with counselors to ensure smooth lead handovers.
Respond promptly to assigned enquiries and maintain consistent communication.
Work toward daily calling, follow-up, and appointment-booking targets.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome freshers who are confident communicators, eager to learn, and interested in helping students explore international education opportunities.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Ulloor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
