We are looking for an energetic, confident, and commanding HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, training, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage employees effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations and maintain positive relationships with staff.
Coordinate employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Conduct employee training, orientation, and development programs.
Maintain discipline and ensure employees follow company policies.
Communicate management decisions and instructions clearly to employees.
Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally.
Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
Monitor employee performance and support performance improvement.




Ensure smooth execution of daily HR activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management or HR operations.
Solid recruitment and employee relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and commanding abilities.
Positive training, team-handling, and conflict-resolution skills.
Energetic, proactive, confident, and capable of maintaining workplace discipline.
Ability to manage employees and coordinate effectively with management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
