Job Description – Plastic Injection Mould Setter

Department: Production Designation: Plastic Injection Mould Setter

Job Responsibilities
Perform mould mounting, removal, and changeover on injection moulding machines.
Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, injection speed, and cycle time.
Connect and check cooling lines, hydraulic connections, and mould safety.
Conduct trial runs and ensure proper moulding quality.
Troubleshoot mould setting and basic machine-related issues.
Coordinate with production and quality teams during mould changeovers.
Ensure proper handling and storage of moulds.
Follow machine safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Plastic Technology.
Experience: 2–5 years in plastic injection moulding and mould setting.
Skills: Mould changeover, machine parameter setting, troubleshooting, and quality inspection.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
