JOB DESCRIPTION – CIVIL ENGINEER

Position: Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor construction, repair, renovation, and maintenance activities.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and monitor daily progress.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labourers, and other departments.
Prepare estimates, BOQs, material requirements, and project progress reports.
Monitor construction materials, labour, and project expenses.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
Maintain project documentation,



measurements, and work records.
Ensure timely completion of projects within the approved budget.

Required Skills
Knowledge of civil construction, structural drawings, and site supervision.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of estimation, costing, BOQ, and material management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of relevan
