Transaction Processing Manager

Job Summary:
Manage end-to-end financial transaction processing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and timely completion of accounting operations.

Preferred Industry: Automobile (Car dealers)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee transaction processing, accounting entries, and financial documentation.
Manage invoice processing, payment transactions, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Ensure transactions are processed accurately within defined timelines and service-level agreements.
Monitor team productivity, quality, and operational performance.
Implement process controls and identify prospects for automation.
Resolve transaction exceptions and escalations.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and other finance teams.
Prepare operational dashboards and performance reports.

Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Experience: 5 to 12 years

Required Skills:
Financial operations, transaction processing, reconciliations, ERP systems, Advanced Excel, process improvement, and team management.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
