Key Responsibilities
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store.
Welcome customers, take orders, process billing, and provide excellent customer service.
Serve ice cream and other products while maintaining Amadora’s quality and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and personal grooming standards.
Follow company SOPs, operational procedures, and brand guidelines.
Support store opening and closing activities.
Ensure counters, equipment, and customer areas remain clean and presentable.
Assist with stock receiving, storage, inventory management, and stock rotation.
Ensure proper handling and storage of ice cream, toppings, cones, and packaging materials.
Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and report operational or maintenance issues.




Support the team during peak hours and handle customer queries professionally.
Escalate customer complaints and concerns to the Store Manager when required.
Perform other operational duties assigned by the Store Manager or management team.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
