We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented and people-focused Sales Manager to lead our insurance sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving insurance policy sales, building and managing a high-performing sales team, hiring recent sales professionals, and achieving team targets. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys selling, building relationships, motivating people and creating a winning team culture.

Responsibilities:
Drive insurance policy sales and achieve individual and team targets.
Lead, manage and motivate the sales team on a daily basis.
Hire, train and onboard current sales executives to build a strong team.
Set sales targets and create strategies to achieve them.
Generate and follow up on leads and ensure strong conversion.
Guide team members during customer interactions and help them close sales.
Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions and performance reviews.
Build strong relationships with customers and understand their insurance requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and smooth policy issuance.
Track sales numbers,



conversions and team productivity.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.
Create a positive, energetic and competitive team culture.

Banking
BFSI / Financial Services

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
