Roles & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing
Manage social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
Create social media posts, promotional creatives, reels and other marketing content.
Use Canva or similar tools to design graphics and promotional materials.
Plan and publish engaging content to increase brand awareness.
Promote solar products and government solar schemes through digital channels.

Telecalling
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for solar installations.
Explain solar products, services and relevant government schemes to customers.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain customer records.




Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and convert leads.
Maintain daily calling reports and update lead details.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms.
Positive communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
Confidence in handling customer calls and follow-ups.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
Creativity, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Candidates with digital marketing, graphic design or telecalling experience will be preferred.
