Key Responsibilities:

· Managing and building business internationally (mainly emerging markets – SEA, Africa, LATAM)

· Identifying new products & generating leads by assessing market opportunities

· Achieving top-line revenue targets at an international level

· Managing and coordinating with distributors in assigned countries

· Understanding legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements for export, sales, marketing, and business development in international markets

· Designing strategies and business models for different countries and channel partners

· Identifying the right global business partners for suitable products and managing relevant registration processes

· Negotiating and executing commercial agreements with distributors and suppliers

· Preparing sales budgets and determining country-wise forecasts





· Building and expanding a robust independent customer base without relying on existing company databases

· Driving in-licensing and out-licensing opportunities by identifying strategic partnerships, evaluating product portfolios, and managing end-to-end licensing processes

Qualifications:

· Should be M. Pharm or MBA in marketing.

· selling or new innovative products selling experience.

· Excellent English Communication- Verbal & Written.

· Excellent Presentation Skills

· Confident and positive interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
