JOB DESCRIPTION – TELE SALES EXECUTIVE

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell our domestic and international tour packages. The role requires solid communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain tour packages effectively.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings.
Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable packages.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/Google Sheets.
Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for booking confirmations and customer support.
Handle customer queries and objections, and provide appropriate solutions.




Ensure excellent customer service to encourage referrals and repeat business.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary; graduates are welcome to apply.
Preference will be given to local candidates
Prior experience in tele sales will be an added advantage.
Travel industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven setting.
Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain records.
Must be available to work from our Kothamangalam office.
