Job Summary

SBI Life Insurance Company is looking for motivated and experienced professionals for the position of Development Manager / Agency Manager in Amritsar, Punjab. Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in the insurance or banking sector are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors and agency partners.
Drive life insurance sales and achieve assigned business targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Monitor team performance and support the achievement of sales objectives.
Generate current business prospects through networking and market development.
Guide advisors on insurance products,



sales processes, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable insurance regulations.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in the insurance or banking sector.
Solid communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and develop a productive team.
Good leadership, negotiation, and team management abilities.
Knowledge of life insurance products and distribution channels is preferred.

Salary and Benefits
Annual Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA.
