Position- Production Officer/ Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

 Monitor and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.

 Ensure production schedules are met in line with quality standards and

deadlines.

 Coordinate with the planning, quality, maintenance, and stores departments

for smooth workflow.

 Maintain records of production output, downtime, material usage, and labour

utilization.

 Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and drive continuous

improvement.

 Supervise and guide production staff and operators to achieve productivity

goals.

 Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks or issues affecting production efficiency.

 Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality control systems, and regulatory

compliance.

 Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain equipment and process

health.





 Assist in inventory planning and ensure optimal material availability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
