Job Summary

A manufacturing company in the brass components industry is looking for an experienced CNC & VMC Operator to operate machining equipment, maintain dimensional accuracy, and ensure quality production of brass components.

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC and VMC machines according to production plans and schedules.
Perform machine setting, tool setting, offset corrections, and basic adjustments.
Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances for brass components.
Measure component dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision instruments.
Maintain required production targets and machining cycle times.
Monitor machining quality and identify defects during production.




Troubleshoot basic machine or tooling issues and report problems to the supervisor.
Maintain daily production and inspection records.
Keep the workstation clean and follow safety procedures.

Required Skills
2–4 years of practical experience as a CNC/VMC Operator.
Experience in brass components manufacturing is preferred.
Robust knowledge of machine operation, tool setting, and offset correction.
Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
Basic troubleshooting and defect identification skills.
Commitment to workplace safety, accuracy, and product quality.
