Position: Projects Manager – Environmental Infrastructure

Location:* Mumbai, Maharashtra

Key Project Areas:
Solid Waste Management (SWM) & Organic Waste Converter (OWC)
Wastewater Management – STP/ETP
Landscaping, Horticulture & Plantation
Hardscape & External Development

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, commissioning, and handover.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, project budgets, and execution schedules.
Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and timelines.
Manage contractors, vendors, project engineers, and site teams.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and applicable statutory requirements.
Handle site inspections, contractor bill verification,



project reporting, and final handover.

Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
7–10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure project execution.
Hands-on experience in at least two of the following: SWM/OWC, STP/ETP, landscaping, or external development.
Robust knowledge of BOQs, estimation, budgeting, cost control, and contractor management.
Valuable leadership, coordination, and project management skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
