PinTech Digital is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and business growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and performance monitoring.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
Track leads, conversions, and campaign KPIs using analytics and reporting tools.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills
2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.




Solid expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and keyword research.
Experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and budget management.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
