Responsibilities
Technical Support & Application Design
Analyze client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
Prepare technical documentation, layouts, and reports for projects.
Support customization and configuration of products to meet client needs.
Perform calculations, simulations, or evaluations to ensure solution reliability.
Project Support & Coordination
Assist in project planning and execution for assigned product groups.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and service teams for smooth project delivery.
Track project progress and provide updates to management.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety norms.
Client Interaction & Support
Provide technical assistance during client meetings or site visits.
Troubleshoot client issues and provide application solutions remotely or in office.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for clients or internal teams.

Key Skills & Competencies




Solid knowledge of technical application principles and problem-solving.
Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Coordination and teamwork with sales, project, and service teams.
Understanding of quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Industrial Engineering.
2–4 years of experience in application engineering or technical support.
Experience in industrial systems, technical solutions, or project support preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
