Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes and instructions.
Follow kitchen SOPs, food safety standards, and hygiene procedures.
Complete mise en place before the start of each shift and service.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations, equipment, and utensils.
Follow proper food storage, labelling, and FIFO procedures.
Check the quality, freshness, and quantity of ingredients before use.
Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of food orders.
Follow instructions from the Head Chef and senior kitchen team members.
Minimise food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
Maintain portion control and consistency in food quality and presentation.




Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies.
Report equipment malfunctions, stock shortages, and food quality issues to the senior chef.
Maintain punctuality, discipline, skilled grooming, and teamwork to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
