Zonal Manager – North Kerala

Territories covered:

(Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur)

. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve zonal sales targets and revenue objectives.
Manage, guide, and monitor the performance of sales teams across the assigned territory.
Expand the dealer, distributor, retailer, and customer network.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities and support the sales team.
Ensure effective follow-up of leads, quotations, orders, payments, and customer enquiries.
Drive sales growth and improve market penetration across the assigned zone.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, stock availability, and customer service.
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain robust customer relationships and resolve sales-related issues promptly.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.




Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience.
Must have previously worked in a managerial sales position, with experience handling sales teams and territories.
Robust knowledge of sales planning, business development, and target achievement.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
Good reporting, planning, and team management skills.

Salary & Advantages
Monthly Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000, depending on experience and suitability.
Monthly Sales Incentives: Performance-based incentives as per the company incentive structure.
Daily Allowance (DA): As per company policy.
Travel Allowance (TA): As per company policy.
Company Car: Provided for official travel and field sales activities, subject to company policy.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
