Position: MIS Executive / Customer Support Executive
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Job Requirements:
Basic to valuable knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of MIS reporting and data management
Positive communication skills
Comfortable handling customer calls and backend coordination
Basic computer knowledge

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and maintaining MIS reports
Managing data and reporting activities in Excel
Handling incoming toll-free customer calls and queries
Coordinating with internal departments
Maintaining records and operational reports

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Candidate should be detail-oriented and willing to learn
