We are looking for an experienced MEP Procurement Engineer to manage the
procurement of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting materials
and equipment for our projects.

Key Responsibilities
Review project specifications, BOQs, drawings, and approved vendor lists.
Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare technical and commercial comparison statements.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and warranties.
Coordinate technical compliance with the engineering and project teams.
Prepare purchase orders and follow up for approval.
Monitor material submissions, approvals, manufacturing, and deliveries.
Ensure materials are procured within the approved budget and project
schedule.
Maintain procurement logs, supplier records, and supporting documents.
Identify reliable suppliers and develop credit facilities.




Coordinate with accounts for supplier payments.
Resolve delivery, quality, quantity, and documentation issues.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of MEP procurement experience.
Robust negotiation, communication, and supplier-management skills.
Ability to review technical specifications and commercial terms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement documentation.
Experience in residential or high-rise building projects is preferred
