Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer escalations, complaints and timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate with clients and the sales team for order updates and delivery-related concerns.
Liaise with courier partners for shipment tracking, delays, returns and delivery issues.
Manage e-commerce orders, dispatches, order status updates and returns.
Track pending shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain logistics records and provide regular updates to the concerned teams.
