Key Responsibilities
Identify and source freight loads from shippers, brokers, and load boards.
Negotiate competitive freight rates to maximize profitability.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with shippers, carriers, and brokers.
Match available freight with suitable carriers and trucks.
Handle rate negotiations, load confirmations, and shipment documentation.




Track shipments and coordinate pickups and deliveries.
Follow up with customers and carriers to ensure smooth operations.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve performance targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience in US freight brokerage, trucking, or logistics.
Solid negotiation, sales, and client relationship management skills.
Good verbal and written English communication.
Knowledge of US freight markets, load boards, and broker-carrier operations.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
