To manage the overall operations, business development, customer service, collections, compliance and profitability of the branch while ensuring achievement of business targets and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Any Degree is preferred.
Experience in Microfinance (MFI) or the financial services sector is preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of loan processing, collections, and branch operations.
Ability to achieve targets and manage field operations.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
PF and ESI, as applicable.
