About the Role

We are seeking a Health Care Virtual Assistant to support medical specialists and patients through query handling, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and remote healthcare coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive, empathetic, and tech-savvy, with a passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to patient queries via phone, WhatsApp, or other platforms.
Assist doctors and medical staff with scheduling and follow-ups.
Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality.
Support virtual consultations and remote monitoring services.
Will be using different softwares for patient monitoring like CRM, EMR, cloud telephonic platform etc,.
Ensure timely and qualified communication.
Open to learn and train in new softwares and systems we use for patient monitoring

Qualifications & Experience
Education: Minimum Undergraduate degree in Life Sciences.
Experience: 02 years (freshers welcome).
Languages: English & Hindi compulsory; additional languages are an advantage.
Positive computer and typing skills.

Work Schedule- 9 AM to 6 PM ( Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
