The work mode will be decided based on the candidate's location:
Tricity candidates (Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula): Hybrid.
Candidates based in South India or other distant locations: Work From Home (WFH).

Overseas Operations Management is an India-registered company managing businesses across multiple domains, including:
LiveSecure Protection Services – Security guard services in Canada.
StrongForce – Staffing and recruitment solutions.
Connect Supplies – Commercial and industrial supplies.
WipeUp Janitorials – Commercial and residential cleaning services.

For this role, you will work with StrongForce, which provides staffing and recruitment solutions in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Canadian clients across various job roles.
Source candidates through job portals,



LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and manage follow-ups.
Maintain candidate databases and provide regular recruitment updates.
Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements
2–4 years of overall recruitment experience
International recruitment experience, preferably Canadian recruitment, will be an advantage.
Robust sourcing, screening, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently during the night shift.
