Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our travel packages and services.
Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS-Excel.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.




Update and maintain customer databases with current information.
Provide excellent customer service and represent LA Wonderz Trip.com in a skilled manner.
