Position : Tele caller Executive

Location : Shivranjani, Ahmedabad

Working Days : 6 days

Working Hours : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly Off : Monday to Thursday (any one day)

Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers and follow up on assigned leads through calls.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for prospective clients with the sales team.
Collect, verify, and maintain accurate customer information and records.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about the company's projects and services.
Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion and customer engagement.
Coordinate effectively with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
Positive follow-up, coordination, and organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office
