Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp in a qualified and timely manner.
Communicate with customers regarding travel packages, itineraries, bookings, and destination-related queries.
Coordinate with the sales team, operations team, and destination partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
Provide timely updates on bookings, confirmations, travel schedules, and other customer requirements.
Follow up with customers to ensure their queries and concerns are resolved promptly.
Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards providing effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Assist in providing travel-related information for destinations such as Dubai, Thailand, Kenya, and Vietnam.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
