Collection Supervisor
Location: Greater Noida, Site 4
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the collection team to achieve daily/monthly targets.
Track team performance, productivity & collection MIS.
Handle Dialer operations, calling data & follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain reports using Advanced Excel (MIS, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, etc.).
Ensure proper customer follow-up and recovery process.
Share regular performance updates with management.
Required Skills:
Robust communication & team-handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of Advanced Excel & MIS reporting.
Hands-on experience with Dialer/Calling software.
Target-oriented with positive problem-solving ability.
Prior experience in collection/recovery process preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
